Free international standard shipping is available on eligible orders over US$30. The free shipping option will be shown automatically at checkout.

Shipping to the USA

All shipments to the United States are sent on an all-in basis. Import duties and tariffs are included in our shipping arrangement. No additional import duties or tariffs will be charged upon delivery. The shipping charge shown at checkout is the final shipping amount.

Shipping Origin

All orders are processed and shipped from Thailand. We ship to the United States and many other countries worldwide.

Standard Shipping with Tracking

• Cost: Based on destination and shown at checkout

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Processing time is separate from the shipping transit time.

Delivery Times and Delays

Delivery can sometimes take longer due to customs clearance, weather, transport problems or delays with the local carrier. The transit times above are estimates.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. Address changes can only be made before shipment. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, the shipping cost to send it again will be charged to the customer.

Missed Delivery and Unclaimed Packages

The local carrier will decide whether to make another delivery attempt or hold the package for collection.

If the package is returned to us after unsuccessful delivery or because it was not collected, the shipping cost to send it again will be charged to the customer.

Packages disposed of by the carrier after the collection period has expired cannot be redelivered or refunded.

Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

For lost, damaged or incorrect orders, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item.

For shipments to the United States, applicable import duties and tariffs are included in our shipping arrangement. No additional import duties or tariffs will be charged upon delivery.
