Inkstamp.net is not responsible for delayed or returned packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

Once your order ships, we recommend using the tracking number provided to monitor your package’s status. If a package is returned due to missed delivery attempts or insufficient address information, redelivery fees may apply.

If a package is discarded by the carrier due to failure to pick it up within the designated time, Inkstamp.net will not be held responsible, and the order will not be eligible for redelivery or refund.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Depending on your country’s regulations, customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for the most up-to-date information. Inkstamp.net is not responsible for any import charges.

For shipping to the USA, if you see “Tariff Handled” listed on the shipping selection page, it means no tariff will be charged upon delivery. To avoid unexpected high tariff amounts, starting 6 September 2025, all shipments to the USA will automatically be applied with the Tariff Handled service until further notice. By choosing this service, you acknowledge that your order may be separated into multiple packages for delivery. A small handling fee will apply for this service and will be clearly shown on the shipping selection page.
